ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled labourer to join our hedge trimming crew and grow into a Team Leader role.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding outdoor role working across residential properties in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs. You’ll be part of a fast-paced crew using professional equipment (hedge trimmers, blowers, etc.) to deliver clean, high-standard work.

You won’t be stuck doing the same thing forever—this role has a clear pathway to running your own crew within 6 months if you perform.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience using power tools (hedge trimmers, blowers preferred)

• Physically fit and able to handle full days of outdoor work

• Reliable—shows up on time and puts in a full day’s effort

• Strong work ethic and able to keep up with a productive crew

• Willing to learn, improve, and take on more responsibility
